For the last three years, I have found teachers who deliver therapeutic Yoga. Slow, mindful Yoga has been the greatest gift. Why? Because my nervous system feels more balanced, I have less tension, strain and injuries. I feel more connected to my body, mind and spirit. Teaching this way minimises people's ambition to overdo it. I have had positive feedback from teaching this way. It is inclusive and gives people time to get in and out of postures gracefully. My teacher Kristine Webber delivers Subtle Yoga, and I give thanks to her training and ongoing teaching that have supported my practice and education. Attached are her three reasons to go slow.
