Welcome, you are here. Thank you for taking the time to look at what I deliver to the Community. When I first began Yoga at the young age of twenty-four, I was fortunate to walk through the doors of an authentic Yoga shala that provided a stepping stone for me to become curious about the wonder of Yoga. My past story at the time felt like it took me away from my true essence, but in hindsight, it brought me closer. Asanas initially were only one small part of my practice: pranayama, mantra, and meditation captured my interest. I had no trouble obtaining the third niyama in the Yoga sutra, tapas, meaning perseverance. Commitment to practice I found to be easeful. Yoga was and still is my respite, home, and safe place. This practice works on all levels. It may or may not fix you, but it will give you the tools to practice acceptance, contentment, courage, hope, and faith and over time, with dedicated practice, you honour the beautiful witness that may get shadowed by thoughts and limiting beliefs that you think you are.
